Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Saaj. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's consent. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

The photos, wardrobe details, notes, and other content you add stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store your content, show it back to you, and process it to generate the features you use (for example, analysing a photo to catalogue an item or suggest outfits). We don't sell your content or use it for advertising. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you add.

Saaj uses AI to catalogue items and suggest outfits and purchases. These suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, or not to your taste, and they aren't professional styling, financial, or other advice. Use your own judgement — decisions you make based on them are your own.

If you choose to import past orders from a retailer, you do so with your own login to that retailer and are responsible for complying with that retailer's terms. We only bring in the order details you choose to import, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those retailers.

Use Saaj lawfully. Don't upload content that is illegal or that infringes others' rights, don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and don't use it to harm others. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. User-uploaded photos may be screened before they enter the closet; a rejected photo is not stored as a wardrobe item, and you may retry with a tighter crop or another photo.

We're an evolving product: features may change, pause, or be removed, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Saaj. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be waived under the law that applies to you.
